Initial fullstack scaffold: Events, Guests, Budget, Bookings

- Express backend with PostgreSQL (JWT auth, full CRUD)
- React + Vite + TailwindCSS frontend in Hebrew (RTL)
- Features: Digital Booking System, Guest Management, Smart Budget Management
- Docker Compose with postgres healthcheck
- Auto-runs migrations on startup
